Really liked the way this frames media as a long-term asset, not a growth hack. In a few more years, the brands that survive will treat content the way SaaS treats code. Iterated, versioned, and never done.

This is great! My 2026 strategy is to increase my organic human me-talking-to-a-camera video content significantly as a core focus and get that working as the "top of the funnel" for my written content and paid offers.

Yeah authentic video is still the way to go!

I also read that Substack is pushing lives right now over any other growth mechanism.

Don't know how true that is but definitely worth a shot if you're already going to do talking head video anyway 😃
